Specialising in complex care, NAViGO Extra is not your average care provider. The team support and care for adults of all ages with varying needs including dementia, Parkinson’s disease, depression, anxiety, eating disorders and physical health problems. The support we provide ranges from personal care through to supporting people with activities and socialising.

To provide support to service users as detailed in their person-centred support plan

To be proactive in supporting service users to engage with community activities and therapeutic activities to improve their wellbeing and reduce isolation

To maintain records and ensure care plans are up to date and accurate, adhering to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) at all times

To complete all required training

To develop a thorough knowledge of services available to service users and promote positive working relationships with them

The role requires you to flexible in your working hours. We offer support between the hours of 7am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential to this role.

Ideally you will hold a Level 2 in Health & Social Care qualification, or be willing to work towards.
